Feed-through veneer press Sergiani LAS Plus

Automatic press with continuous operation for the production of barrier doors, finished doors (veneer doors, HPL, CPL) and pre-treated parquet (2 - 3 layers). The press can be used to load the doors one after the other, while the pressure on the doors in the other compartments is kept constant. Up to 2 employees are required to operate the line. The multi-daylight press enables a very high production output. The pressing time is approx. 3 minutes (180 seconds) and is spread over 10 levels, which means that the press opens every 18 seconds and a new panel is processed. The press has already been dismantled and stored. The system was in operation until it was dismantled.
